The small expedition cruise ship Clio came to Antwerp again this year and opened the cruise season. The ship is scheduled to make two more calls fin the citythis year. It is the smallest ship for 2024. MS Clio can accommodate 89 passengers and has 60 crew members on board. This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 26 April 2024.

MS Seabourn Ovation of the American luxury cruise line Seabourn was once again docked in Antwerp this year. It is one of the most luxurious cruise ships in the world. MS Seabourn Ovation has a length of 211 metres and can accommodate 600 passengers. This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 19 May 2024.

Hapag-Lloyd Cruises' MS Europa is the world's most luxurious cruise ship, according to the Berlitz Cruise Guide. Over the years the ship has docked a total of 21 times in Antwerp. This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 20 June 2024.

MS Hamburg was repainted in Plantours Kreufahrten's new house style in early 2024. From now on, the ship will sail around with a dark blue hull. The ship of cruise line Plantours Kreuzfahrten has a length of 144 metres and can take 400 passengers on board. In 1997, the ship was built at the MTW Schiffswerft in Wismar, Germany. as c. Columbus. In 2002, the ship was also in Antwerp under this name. This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 23 June 2024.

Marina
Oceania Cruises

This year, MS Marina of US luxury liner Oceania Cruises was once again in Antwerp. At 238 metres long, it was the largest cruise ship to be in Antwerp this year. MS Marina was built in 2011 and accommodate 1252 passengers. This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 25 & 26 June 2024.

Seven Seas Mariner

The luxury cruise ship Seven Seas Mariner docked in Antwerp for the first time this year. The ship entered service in 2001 and was built at the 'Chantiers de l'Atlantique' shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, France. The ship has a length of 216 metres and can take 700 passengers on board. No less than 445 crew members are accommodating their needs. This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 7 & 8 July 2024.

The luxury cruise ship Seven Seas Voyager docked in Antwerp for the first time this year. The ship started a new 9-day cruise to Belfast in Antwerp. 700 passengers embarked here. It is the first time Regent Seven Seas Cruises has organised a turnaround call in Antwerp. Built in 2023, the ship can accommodate 700 guests and 447 crew members. This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 11 & 12 July 2024.

The luxury cruise ship Seven Seas Splendor docked in Antwerp for the first time this year. The 224-meter-long cruise ship entered service in 2021 and is the second ship in Regent Seven Seas Cruises' Explorer Class. The ship can accommodate 746 passengers and no less than 567 crew members. This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 8 & 9 August, 2024.

MS Ambition of English company Ambassador Cruise Line came to Antwerp again in 2024. Ambassador Cruise Line is the resurrection of Cruise & Maritime Voyage, which went bankrupt due to the Corona Crisis. In 2022, the ship was purchased from AIDA Cruises. Until then, it sailed cruises to Africa under the name AIDAmira. The ship was built in 1999 for Festival Cruises. For that shipping company, the ship was in Antwerp in late June 1999 as MS Mistral. The ship was presented in the city. This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 19 August 2024.

MS Azamara Onward was docked in Antwerp for the first time in 2024. It has been the cruise line's newest ship since 2022. In 1999, the 181-meter long ship was built for the then cruise line Renaissance Cruises as R3. It is one of eight sister ships built for the company between 1998 and 2001. After their bankruptcy in 2001, the ships changed hands frequently. Currently, Azamara Cruises has 4 of the ships in their ownership. The other 4 belong to Oceania Cruises. This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 1 & 2 September 2024.

MS Amadea was once again in Antwerp after a long absence. This 193-meter-long ship can carry 624 passengers. The ship was built in 1991 for the Japanese company NYK Cruises as Asuka. In 2002, the ship visited Antwerp under that name. Currently, the ship is also being used as a filming location for the German television series “Das Traumschiff,” the counterpart to “The Love Boat. This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 23 September 2024.

MS Sirena was in Antwerp for the first time this year. The 181-meter ship was built in 1999 for the then shipping company Renaissance Cruises as R4. It is one of eight sister ships built for the shipping company between 1998 and 2001. After their bankruptcy in 2001, the ships changed hands frequently. Currently, Oceania Cruises has 4 of the ships in their ownership. The other 4 belong to Azamara Cruises. In 2011 & 2014, the ship visited Antwerp as Ocean Princess by Princess Cruises. This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 16 October 2024.
